Terms of Service

We know “Terms of Service” can be confusing, so we’ve made ours easy to understand. Please note that these terms can change at any time, but we’ll announce any major updates at least 2 weeks in advance.

At Web3DPrintForYou, we’re all about building a community of makers, creators, and learners who love sharing amazing 3D printing projects. Our goal is to be a trusted marketplace where quality products, clear communication, and excellent experiences thrive. If any issues come up, our support team will reach out to help both buyers and sellers get back on track.

General Guidelines

  • We’re here to do the right thing. If something isn’t right, contact us—we’ll help.
  • Open marketplace: Anyone can join and start creating.
  • Free to join: No signup fees.
  • You retain ownership of your designs and listings.
  • We may use listings and photos to promote the platform and drive traffic—but only to highlight your awesome creations!
  • Web3DPrintForYou cannot guarantee the quality of any product listed.
  • We may remove content that is inappropriate or violates our community standards.

For Buyers

  • You pay for the product plus shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on seller information.
  • Shipping to PO boxes, package lockers, or freight forwarding services is not allowed.
  • We do not store credit card information—all payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Returns made simple: Not happy with your order within 30 days? We’ll issue a refund.
  • Buyers’ personal info stays private. Corporate orders may include logos for promotion only.

For Sellers

  • You own your products and are responsible for shipping them promptly.
  • Each listing must include a clear product photo and a detailed description. Text added over images (emails, URLs, etc.) is not allowed.
  • No listing fees.
  • For each sale, we take a 5% marketplace fee, plus payment processing fees (via Stripe or PayPal).
  • New sellers: Your first payout is available 30 days after your first order ships. After that, payouts are processed after shipping. If you don’t withdraw manually, funds will automatically be sent 30 days after shipping.
  • Payouts are only available via verified PayPal accounts. Make sure your account is ready to receive funds.
  • Promotion of other marketplaces on active product listings is not allowed. Retired products may be promoted elsewhere.
  • We may reject listings that are inappropriate or don’t align with our 3D printing community.

Communication & Shipping

  • Sellers should respond to messages within 48 hours. Exceptions like vacation mode are handled individually.
  • Products marked “in-stock” should ship within 14 days. Double-check addresses, include packing slips, and protect items during transit.
  • If shipping delays occur, sellers must notify both the buyer and Web3DPrintForYou.

Refunds & Issue Resolution

Refunds may be issued if:

  • A product doesn’t ship on time and the seller hasn’t communicated.
  • A product is not received within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The product received is very different from the listing description.
  • Messages from the buyer or Web3DPrintForYou go unanswered.

Repeated issues may result in:

  • Temporarily removing store inventory.
  • Issuing refunds to buyers.
  • Closing the seller’s store if problems persist.
